1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using our services, or accessing Trimvas in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Trimvas.

2. About Trimvas

Trimvas is a platform that connects buyers and sellers, including service providers and business listings. Trimvas is a middleman platform and does not directly own or control the products or services listed by users.

3. Eligibility

To use Trimvas, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, OR have parental/guardian permission.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Not use Trimvas for illegal activities.

Trimvas may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login details.
• You agree not to share your account with others.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Trimvas is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of your account.

5. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

• Use Trimvas only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform.
• Not post misleading, harmful, or false information.
• Not impersonate any person or business.

Trimvas reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies.

6. Listings and Transactions

• All product or service listings are the responsibility of the user who posted them.
• Trimvas does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings.
• Payments made through Trimvas-approved gateways must follow our payment rules.
• Disputes between buyers and sellers must be handled by both parties, but Trimvas may step in to help if necessary.

7. Fees & Payments

Trimvas may charge service fees, listing fees, or transaction commissions. All fees will always be displayed clearly before payment.

Failure to pay required fees may result in account suspension.

8. Refunds

Refund policies depend on:

• The seller's refund policy
• OR
• The rules of the payment gateway used.

Trimvas is not responsible for unauthorized transactions or refunds by third-party sellers, but we may assist in resolving disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

All Trimvas content—logos, design, branding, images, and text—is the property of Trimvas. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

However, any content uploaded by users remains the property of the user, and the user grants Trimvas permission to display it on the platform.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

• Engage in fraud or scam activities
• Sell illegal items
• Post harmful, violent, or abusive content
• Misuse personal data of other users
• Interfere with platform operations
• Misrepresent their identity or products

Violations may lead to immediate account termination.

11. Privacy

Your use of Trimvas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Limitation of Liability

Trimvas is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by buyer–seller disputes
• Product defects or failed services
• Incorrect or fraudulent listings
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Actions of third-party service providers

13. Suspension or Termination

Trimvas may suspend or terminate an account if:

• There is a violation of these Terms
• The account is involved in suspicious or fraudulent activities
• The user abuses the platform or other users

Users may also request account deletion at any time.

14. Changes to the Terms

Trimvas may update these Terms occasionally. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users when necessary.

Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
